Born from close collaboration with the Charlois Research & Innovation department, the Saveurs range has embodied this mastery of oak since 2017.
With an innovative new approach, conceived around oak as an “ingredient”—much like a culinary element dedicated to aromatic precision and balance—Saveurs offers gastronomic universes designed to meet specific winemaking objectives.
Sourced from sustainably managed forests, oak reveals a unique aromatic and gustatory palette. Here, it becomes the foundation of a true sensory language, inspired by French gastronomy, allowing the most exacting winemakers to craft their own harmony between structure, texture, and aromatic expression.

Each universe offers solutions ranging from chips to blocks, staves and inserts, depending on the wine style targeted by the winemaker.
Two 18 mm Grand Cru staves from the Veluto and Harmony universes—designed for long aging—will complement the range, symbolising elegance and precision.
