The 28th edition of SIMEI, the leading international fair in technology for the winemaking and bottling sectors, will be held from 19th to 22th November 2019 in Milan.
Every two years, this international event brings together the major players in the sector to exchange and discover the latest developments in the wine industry.
On the agenda of this 2019 edition: presentation of new trends in wine design, symposium on the use of wood in oenology, international conference of “women of wine”, panels dedicated to the world of sparkling wines and champagne and the future of these products in the light of climate change; and a program of meetings on training and retraining in oenological research.
