Born from close collaboration with the Charlois Research & Innovation department, the Saveurs range has embodied this mastery of oak since 2017.<\/p>\n\n

With an innovative new approach, conceived around oak as an \u201cingredient\u201d<\/em>\u2014much like a culinary element dedicated to aromatic precision and balance\u2014Saveurs offers gastronomic universes designed to meet specific winemaking objectives.<\/p>\n\n

Sourced from sustainably managed forests, oak reveals a unique aromatic and gustatory palette. Here, it becomes the foundation of a true sensory language, inspired by French gastronomy, allowing the most exacting winemakers to craft their own harmony between structure, texture, and aromatic expression.<\/p>\n\n
